Depending on the type of property being inspected, a specific survey request will be utilized to explain the operations as well as any hazards or liability issues encountered. This includes restaurants, garages, office buildings and any other commercial building that is being insured. As with any inspection we include a list of hazards encountered and recommendations to reduce the risk of loss or claims submitted.

We also provide a state of the art diagram for each location inspected. At Edward A. Cortese Co. we are equipped with software to include replacement costs and actual costs quotes. If requested this will also be included in the completed report sent to the insurance company.
