Our Story:
Edward A. Cortese Co. has been providing inspection services to the insurance industry since 1981.
Edward A. Cortese Co. has an efficient in-house staff and also numerous independent contractors that service the Northeast areas of the United States.
Our services include performing thorough inspections on commercial & residential buildings. We also will assess the entire risk being evaluated, looking for any hazards that could lead to a possible future claim in hopes of preventing any loss for the insurance company.
We also gather information and provide diagrams to assist the insurance companies in establishing replacement cost values for buildings and dwellings.
