A photo of fire damage in a row building in Baltimore,MD. resulting in major losses. The fire in this building may have been prevented if the building was properly inspected and kept up to code. The importance of preventive inspections can never be underestimated. A recommendation to install a smoke detector or a fire extinguisher can prevent a large claim to an inurance company.

All resedential inspections are written up on a residential survey that is then sent to the insurance company. Any hazard encountered or liability concerns are explained in a detailed fasion. Recommendations and photos of the conditions are all included in this report.
